Refund Policy
All purchases are considered final unless specifically approved by ZHM European Style Clothing.
Policy Duration: You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. After this time, we cannot accept returns. Questions can be directed to ZHMeuropeanstyleclothing@gmail.com.
Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or if we made an error. Please contact us at ZHMeuropeanstyleclothing@gmail.com if this is the case.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We’ll then inform you if your refund or exchange is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
